General Conditions
The contract is subjected, notwithstanding any clauses, to the disposition of the Agreement of the art.3L.R. Toscana 16/94(CCV) and at the disposition of the directive 90/314 CEE.
Travel Contracts and responsibility
Travel contracts are regulated by the law n° 1084 of 27/12/1977 CCV and from the directive CEE 90/314 of 13/06/1990. The agency acts solely in the quality of intermediary between the client and the tourist facilities (hotels, apartments, transport companies).
Insurance guarantee
The Margherita Viaggi Agency is covered by an insurance policy for civil responsibility n° 1870200261478 of the PREVIDENTE ASSICURAZIONI s.p.a. in conformity with the directive of the L.R. Toscana n° 16 of 08/02/1994 article. 13 and subsequent modification LRT 45/94 of 19/07/1994.
Regulation on the rent/leasing of private apartments
The leases are concluded between the organisation and the participants in name and on behalf of the proprietors of the apartments. The apartments are furnished with kitchen and tableware, bed, bathroom and kitchen linen is not provided. The use of the apartment by a number of persons superior to the number of beds indicated is prohibited.
The registration fee is 20 Euros per contract.
Consignment of the apartment
From 16.00 hrs to 19.30 hrs.
Reconsignment of the apartment
By 10.00 hrs on the day of departure.
Prices
The prices are inclusive of VAT and visitors tax. For the apartments electricity and water is included but not linen.
Payment
Bookings must be accompanied by a down payment of 35% of the total sum. The rest payment must take place within the day of arrival of the client.
Travel documents
The travel documents will be posted to the client when the organising office receives the down payment, within the terms provided in art.2.
Cancellations
In the case of a cancellation a penalty must be paid equivalent to: 35% of the total sum up till 20 days before arrival, 100% of the total sum after the 20th day before arrival.
Guest that decide to cancel the reservation for own motivation , must pay the total of the amount. In the case of a cancellation the client has the possibility offering another person to replace him.
Deposit
On arrival the client must leave a deposit of Euro 200,00. This deposit will be refunded on the day of departure after verification that no damages have been caused during the stay.
Animals
Animals are only allowed with authorization.
Complaints
In the case of a complaint the client is asked to contact our office, confirming the contestation in writing up till midnight (24.00hrs.) on the day of arrival. The Court of Livorno is competent for any litigation.
Guarantee Fund
At the presidency of the council of Ministers a National Guarantee Fund has been set up, where consumers can apply to, in the terms of article 21 Legislative Decree 111/95, in the case of insolvency or of bankrupt of the seller or the Organization. The mode of intervention of the Fund is established by the decree of the President of the Council of Ministers in the terms of article 21 n°5 Legislative Decree 111/95.
